more than a chatbot, a copilot or a script
chatbots answer and forget, copilots wait inside one app, and isolated automations break when the work changes. Prest0n is different in three ways.
- persistent memory: Prest0n remembers your firm's knowledge and every correction across conversations, so your team stops repeating itself.
- work across systems: Prest0n works across your mail, calendar, documents and the web, and returns one finished deliverable.
- human authorization: Prest0n prepares the work and waits: by default, nothing leaves your firm until a person approves it.
your team stays in control
Prest0n works inside the permissions you set, and by default anything that leaves the firm waits for a person.
- role-based permissions: Prest0n checks the role of the person asking on every message, and a role that does not include something is refused.
- approval before sending: by default, every email, post, signature request and letter Prest0n drafts waits for a person's tap on an approval card.
- visible audit trail: every task shows what Prest0n did and what the task used, on your activity page.

questions
- which systems connect?
- mail, calendar, drive, documents, e-signature and accounting apps connect directly. for a system with no connection, Prest0n works in a real browser on your workspace computer, and you type the password and the one-time code yourself.
- what does setup take?
- there is nothing to install: sign up, connect the apps you already use, and give Prest0n a first task. a demo is the quickest way to map your firm’s workflows.
- how is our knowledge kept?
- Prest0n keeps a memory for your firm: what your team teaches and corrects is remembered and consolidated every night, so a correction holds. ask Prest0n to correct or forget something and the memory changes with it.
- who approves outside actions?
- your people do. by default every email, post, signature request and letter waits for a person’s tap on an approval card, and only your workspace can choose to send a kind without asking. filing, signing and payments stay with your team.
- how is trial usage counted?
- a job is one thing you ask Prest0n to do, such as a memo, a draft or a research question. each job is metered in PRO Work Units (pr0): a PRO Work Unit is how prest0 measures and prices the work a job does. the 14-day evaluation includes $200 of work units with no card, and a paid Prest0n includes 2,200 pr0 a month. billing is metered by what actually ran; the published rate card shows typical usage, for planning.
- what does a demo include?
- a live walkthrough with the team on your firm’s own workflows: research, drafting and intake, the approval cards, roles and permissions, and what pricing looks like for your volume.
pricing questions
- what exactly am I committing to?
- a number of Prest0ns for your term — a team size, not a usage bill. annual is a binding twelve months: those Prest0ns, at that rate, billed monthly, and cancelling stops the next renewal rather than the term you are in. work is metered against your team's monthly allocation; each month's allocation is good for that month and the next, the oldest used first — like payroll, you staff for the workload you have. each Prest0n brings 2,200 pr0 a month, yours at any pace within that window.
- can we add Prest0ns mid-term?
- anytime, in one click. new hires are prorated and end together with your existing term — and every Prest0n's rate falls automatically as the team grows.
- can we reduce the number of Prest0ns?
- on a committed term — annual or the prepaid year — from the next term: one click, anytime before renewal. the commitment is what the discount pays for. on a monthly term, anytime — changes take effect at your next monthly cycle.
- what happens at renewal?
- your subscription renews automatically at your same team size unless you change it — one click, anytime before your renewal date. no notice periods, no phone calls. an annual plan renews for another twelve months. your rate is locked for each term you're in — it never rises mid-term, and only falls when your team grows.
- can our bill surprise us?
- no. your subscription is a fixed amount for a fixed team, and it comes with a monthly allocation. work is metered, and every task's cost is on your activity page. work beyond the allocation draws your wallet, which holds only what an administrator puts there — a top-up, or automatic top-up if they turn it on. when both are empty, work stops until someone adds more, and nothing is ever billed in arrears. there is no such thing as an automatic overage charge at prest0.
- what happens if a payment fails?
- new work pauses at once — there is no grace period. work already running finishes and nothing is deleted. the owner and whoever manages billing are told, and paying from the subscription page resumes work the moment the payment succeeds. a charge still unpaid 30 days after it failed ends the plan.
- who is responsible for what Prest0n does?
- you are, and the product is built to keep it that way. anything that leaves your firm — an email, a message to a client — waits for the person accountable for it to authorize it, on the act itself. reading and preparing are free; sending is a decision a person makes. every governed action lands in an append-only audit feed your team can read, so there is a record of who asked for what.
- what can each person on my team do?
- exactly what their role includes, and nothing else. five roles out of the box — owner, admin, member, assistant and read-only — and you can build your own from individual permissions. access is resolved for the person asking, on every single message, from your live team record: a role that does not include something is refused, not filtered afterwards. you can try that on the home page before you sign up.
- what happens to our data if we leave?
- it is yours. deliverables are files you already have, and we delete your workspace data on request. there is no export fee and no notice period — your subscription stops at the end of the term you are in.
- is a job the same as a PRO Work Unit?
- no. a job is anything you hand Prest0n — a memo, a contract, a batch of files. a PRO Work Unit (pr0) is how the work Prest0n does is measured, and each Prest0n brings a monthly allocation of them: typically 8 pr0 for a deep-research memo, 3 for a drafted document and 1 for a task turn, with 2,200 pr0 a month per Prest0n.
- what does metered billing mean?
- every task is charged for the work it performed, and shown task by task on your activity page. the rate card is typical usage, for planning — a heavier task uses more, a lighter one less. when the allocation and the wallet are both empty, new work waits: nothing is billed in arrears. work beyond the allocation draws the wallet at the standard rate of $2.18 per pr0.
- how does prepaying the year work?
- you pay for the year once and take an extra discount off the annual rate for your team size. it is a discount, never bonus units: the monthly allocation stays the same, and the term is a binding 12 months. the discount is 20% — for one Prest0n, $2,560 a month equivalent, $30,720 for the year.
